Abstract

This report presents a conservation genomic assessment of the Yosemite toad (Anaxyrus canorus), examining deep phylogeographic divergence and the role of meadow habitat connectivity in shaping contemporary population structure. Genomic data identify discrete management units and quantify barriers to dispersal across the Sierra Nevada, with implications for conservation prioritization and habitat management.
